Ecologically safe natural sorbent/adsorbent SaproSORB

Ecologically safe natural SaproSORB sorbent/adsorbent of broad spectrum mycotoxins is made from natural sapropel by heat treatment followed by franctionation.

Light-grey or dark-grey, odorless and tasteless, insoluble in water dry granulated substance, the diameters of the granules range between 0,5mm and 1mm.

SaproSORB is used in cattle and horse feed for:

  • Treating and preventing alimentary mycotoxins
  • Sorption of different groups of mycotoxins
  • Improving livestock productivity
  • Improving feed conversion
  • Cleaning and protecting stomach and bowels

Due to granulated structure SaproSORB granules sorb mycotoxins.

Instruction:

Mix SaproSORB for cattle and horses with the feed if there are feed rooms in the ratio of 1:50 to the total feed weight. Serve SaproSORB mechanized or hand it to bulls, milking or dry cows, and heifers measuring 0,3kg for a head daily. The same way is for horses. Serve it during the grazing period measuring 0,1 – 0,3kg for a head daily. Young animals at an age of 1 or 2 months eat SaproSORB from the feed boxes for mineral additives, not mixed with other additives, measuring 0,01 – 0,01kg for a head daily. Increase the dosage gradually for 0,01kg per a month before it gains 0,1 – 0,2kg. train animals to eat SaproSORB gradually in the course of 5-10 days, ¼ of the dose in the beginning and then increasing it to the recommended amount. We recommend to feed SaproSORB to animals mixed with the common feed.

SaproSORB has hazard class 4 (low hazard substances), does not require special security conditions.

EFFICIENCY feed additives multi-purpose sorbent / adsorbent "SaproSORB" (Saprosorb) FOR BEEF CATTLE LLC from Suragro

To test the sorption properties of the sorbent product «SaproSORB» in feeding beef cattle productivity direction, LLC "SurAgro" Penza region, an experiment was carried aft.

In the experiment, we studied the effect SaproSORB on growth and development of young calves and productive performance of cows.

Norma cottages «SaproSORB» was for calves (189 goals) 100 gr. per head per day for 45 days for cows (175 goals) 300 gr. per day, for 30 days.

The experiment results were found:

  1. "SaproSORB" has a pronounced positive effect on the absorption of iron and consequently to the normalization of mineral metabolism.
  2. "SaproSORB" can be recommended for the prevention of iron deficiency in this economy.
  3. Feed additive "SaproSORB" can be used for feeding calves and cows weakened.
  4. Increase productivity indicators in healthy animals.
  5. Feed additive «SaproSORB» helps to increase the growth rate of the experimental group of livestock (calves which have marked signs of rickets), significantly reducing the difference in live weight gain between the initially weaker and stronger experimental control groups.

The report presents the results of the test feed additive «SaproSorb» on cows and calves Aberdeen-Angus LLC "Suragro" Penza region.

The positive impact of the application «SaproSorb» on body weight gain weakened animals, a significant increase in productivity and stimulate hematopoiesis (increase the amount of hemoglobin within the physiological range). Marked decrease in enzyme activity trends gamaglutamiltransferazy testifying reducing toxic destruction of liver cells.

Introduction

To solve the problem we had been tested universal feed additive called «SaproSorb». Made from natural raw materials ( high organic sapropel ) it is largely due to the normalization process of digestion and metabolism in debilitated animals. Cooked in a special process granular sapropel («SaproSorb»), normalized administered in the diet to calves and cows with a view to reducing the feed in intoxication , metabolic disorders , and during convalescence in calves after Pasteurella associated background on nutritional anemia and rickets .

The purpose of the study

Objective: To study the effect of the feed additive on the body of cows and calves

Object was achieved the following tasks:

  1. Study the effect of «SaproSorb» calves on the body.
  2. Study the effect of «SaproSorb» cows on the body.

Material and methods

The test was performed in LLC " Suragro " Penza region in the period from 13.03.2012 till 01.05.2012 . The object of research were the Aberdeen-Angus cows calving 2-3 in a satisfactory condition and calves 12 months of age with residual symptoms of the disease ( pnevmoenterity polyethiologic etiology , rickets ) metabolic disorder , curvature of bones , increased stomach , lack of body weight, fatness " below the mean . " «SaproSorb», produced by JSC "Respect" was introduced into the diet as a feed additive without exchanging the components of the diet of cows on one animal at a dose of 300 g / day - 30 days and calves - 100 g / day in the feed mixture with basic daily ration for 45 (49 ) days.

As a control for the cows used animal analogues age, physiology, body weight, and feeding conditions. Control calves were coeval animals without abnormalities, but with a body weight exceeds the control by 33.3%. Terms and feeding (Table 1) were similar in the experimental and control groups.

Analysis of the results of biochemical studies in cattle ( Table 3) showed that the two groups of cows with the same regularity GGT enzyme activity decreased (γ- glutamyl ) remaining within physiological levels . Thus , the concentration of albumin , reduced in both groups reached a minimum physiological level . This fact can be attributed mainly due to insufficient supply of cows body essential nutrients diet and requires a detailed analysis. Characteristic for both groups was pronounced iron deficiency in early experience : in the experimental group relative to the optimal physiological deficit value was 44 % and in control - 32%. After the experience in cows treated with "SaproSorb" credible growth rate was 113 % and reached for effective metabolism level, and the control animals index rose by 43% and reached high physiological value ( 33.6 / l).

The results of application the feed additive "SaproSORB" calves

Introduction to the diet calves "SaproSorb" in an amount of 100 g per day per animal contributed to enhancing intestinal motility in 10-15% of animals in the first 7-10 days cottages. In the days following the experience of such a phenomenon was not observed. Appetite and thirst were normal.

In the experimental group were selected calves , stunted and with residual symptoms after an illness . The difference in body weight on average in groups before the experiment was 33.3 %, and after the experience - 32.1% . This ... suggests that even relatively healthy calves had low daily weight gain (339 g / d . ) , But the introduction of a feed additive "SaproSorb" contributed to the sick calves on the specific rate of increase in body weight (k = 1 , 0845 ) caught up with the control group (k = 1,0752) and even exceeded it by 1% (Table 4) . The increase in body weight in the test group was 8.45 %, and in control group - 7.52 %. Indicating an increase in the growth rate of calves in the experimental group . This property of the feed additive "SaproSorb" can be used for feeding calves weakened .

Analysis of the results of biochemical blood tests (Table 5) showed that there are clear positive trends to increase by 21% to an optimal level of physiological concentrations of iron in the blood of calves fed a feed additive "SaproSorb". Calves in the control group the level of iron in the same period fell by 9%, which is below the physiological limits and involves the development of their anemic state, leading to inhibition of growth and development.

Albumin concentration remained almost unchanged throughout the period of experiment in the experimental group, but decreased in the control to the minimum physiological level.

GGT activity during the observation period, while remaining within the normal range, varied inversely groups. In the experiment, decreased by 11%, while in the control significantly increased by 54%. This indicates a slight increase toxic load on the liver in animals not treated with "SaproSorb".

Summary and Conclusions

The results obtained allow developers agree that «SaproSorb» having properties of porous sorbent reduces the toxicity of feed containing mycotoxins and excess organic acids, clinically manifest violation of digestion and assimilation of nutrients. In addition, «SaproSorb» contains a set of trace elements soluble and biologically active substances, which helps to improve mineral nutrition and stimulation of nonspecific resistance of animals.

Collective farm "Bolshevik"

To test the sorption properties of the sorbent product SaproSORB feeding cattle dairy productivity on the farm "Bolshevik", Krasnodar Territory, the experiment was carried aft.

In the experiment, we studied the effect SaproSORB on growth and development of heifers, as well as indicators of milk production in dairy cows.

Norm input SaproSORB heifers (100 goals in the group) 4 kg per 1000 kg of concentrates, within 31 days, the rate of input in dairy cows (total number in the group of 365, of which 331 doilos) 4 kg per 1000 kg of concentrates, for 31 day.

According to the results of the experiment it was found:

  1. In dairy cows: the total yield in the experimental group was 248 919 kg, which is more than 30 135 kg in the control group, that of the total milk yield is 6.4%. Forage yield per cow in the experimental group was 22 kg, 2.7 kg more than the control group. The fat content in the test group, 3.77% protein content 0.02% increase.
  2. Heifers: as a result of the difference in the set one parameter: 1 heifer aborted in the control group, while in the test no abortions. Other parameters are the same.

The experiment was conducted in the period from 01.03.2011 to 31.03.2011 Bolshevik Collective farm to examine the effect of the product absorbing SaproSorb on productive qualities of cows and heifers on safety performance.

For the experiments were divided into two groups of cows (experimental and control) and two groups of heifers (experimental and control)

Experimental group of cows was given SaproSorb sorbent product in diet composition in an amount of 2 - 4 kg per 1 ton of finished feed. Control group of cows product sorbent SaproSorb eluded.

"On the results of experience in the use of sapropel extract (ES - 2) on dairy cows and calves in OAO Agricultural Production Cooperative (Collective farm)" Bolshevik "

The experiment was conducted in the period from March 01, 2011 to April 1, 2011 g Bolshevik Collective farm to examine the effect of the extract of sapropel (ES - 2) on reproductive and productive qualities of cows and calves on the safety indicators.

For the experiments were divided into two groups of cows (experimental and control) and two groups of calves (experimental and control)

Experimental group of cows ES - 2 was administered according to the recommendations, warmed to body temperature once in utero, through 6 - 12 hours after calving, at a dose of 300 - 400 ml regardless of separation of the placenta.

Results of application of the extract sapropel ES - 2 for dairy cows:

Interim data obtained during the experiment with on 17.12.2012 20.01.2013 in "Bolshevik", to study the effect of the product absorbing SaproSORB on productive qualities of cows, as well - the same on the safety performance of their calves and average daily gain.

Interim data obtained during the experiment with on 22.07.2013 to 20.08.2013 in CJSC "Milk of Belogoriya." to study the effect of the product absorbing SaproSORB (SaproSORB) on safety performance of calves and their average daily gain.

For the experiments were formed four groups of calves (one experienced at the age of 4 months (Heifers), the second pilot at the age of 4 months (Steers) and 2 control groups)

Experienced groups of calves sorbent product (feed additive) SaproSORB (SaproSORB) was given as part of the diet by adding foodmixture according to instructions. Control groups of calves sorbent product (feed additive) SaproSORB (SaproSORB) not given

Interim data obtained during the experiment with on 25.07.2013 to 21.08.2013 LLC "Belgorod Dairy Farms" (GC "Green Valley") to investigate the effect of the product absorbing SaproSORB (SaproSORB) on productive qualities of cows, as well - the same on indicators of safety and average daily gain.

For the experiments were divided into two groups of cows (experimental and control).

Experimental group of cows product sorbent SaproSORB (SaproSORB) was given in the diet composition in an amount of 200 g. per head per day. Control group of cows product sorbent SaproSORB (SaproSORB) is not allowed.

On the intermediate data obtained in the course of the experiment on "the results of experiments on the use of the product sorbent sorbent / adsorbent of mycotoxins SaproSORB (SaproSORB) in the diet of breeding bulls in JSC "Belgorodskoe", a member of the" Group of Companies "Green Valley" Belgorod region, Belgorod region.

 

Interim data obtained during the experiment with on 08.19.2013 16.09.2013 LLC GC "Green Valley" in order to study the effect of the product absorbing SaproSORB (SaproSORB) quality indicators seed breeding bulls.

Feeding diet consisted of a mixture of grains - barley, wheat, meal, oats, sugar, milk replacer.

In the experiment to this feed additive added zernosmesi Saprosorb in a quantity of 500 grams per head per day.

observations:

- Improved quality indicators for milk, namely milk fat content increased by 0.9 units;

- Increased protein content in the milk by 0.14 units;

- Decreased content of somatic cells in milk by 10;

- Animal health has improved significantly decreased the number of sick cows in the group;

- During the experiment, 13 - 14 days, significantly changed the behavior of cows. They have become more mobile and active;

- Wool was the bright, shiny and smooth;

- Cows become less limp.

Lameness was caused, most likely, hyperparathyroidism and osteomalacia - leaching of calcium from the bones and softening, which is reflected in the conclusion of VPO "Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology K.I Skryabin."

Experience of using the extract sapropel (ES - 2) in calves in OOO "Belgorod Dairy Farms" GC "Green Valley", Ivnjansky region, Belgorod region "27.02.2014 to 05.03.2014.

 

The purpose of the experience: reduction of diarrhea in calves aged 1 - 11 days.

The experiment was conducted in the period from 27.02.2014 till 05.03.2014


10 newborn calves who had diarrhea, desoldering sapropel extract (ES - 2), warmed to body temperature of the animal in an amount of 100 g. 1 head per day with a one-time colostrum within 5 days.

8 out of 10 calves were cured for 5 days, the remaining two calves - 7.

Compared with control newborn calves that had similar disease, calves, unsolder ES - 2, transmission of disease easier and faster healing.

Recommend the use of extract of sapropel (ES - 2) for newborn calves
