Feed additive for pigs Saprosorb
Ecologically safe natural sorbent/adsorbent SaproSORB
Ecologically safe natural SaproSORB broad spectrum sorbent/adsorbent of mycotoxins is made from natural sapropel by heat treatment followed by franctionation.
Light-grey or dark-grey, odorless and tasteless, insoluble in water dry granulated substance, the diameters of the granules range between 0,5mm and 1mm.
SaproSORB is used in piglet feed for:
- Treating and preventing alimentary mycotoxins
- Sorption of different groups of mycotoxins
- Improving livestock productivity
- Improving feed conversion
- Cleaning and protecting stomach and bowels
Due to granulated structure SaproSORB granules sorb mycotoxins.
Instructions:
Add SaproSORB for pigs in the stage of feed stuff production measuring 2-4kg of the product for 1 tonne of the ready feed stuff. It is allowed to increase the dose of SaproSORB to 10kg for 1 tonne of the ready feed stuff if the feed is strongly affected by mycotoxins. In this particular case it is possible to substitute 8kg of the ready feed stuff for SaproSORB . If there is no a feed room, serve SaproSORB to adult animals and piglets measuring 0, 1-0, 2kg for a head every 24 hours. Insert SaproSORB for suckling piglets as a feed measuring 0,005-0,01kg for a head every 24 hours if a piglet is already 1 month old.
Train adult and young animals to eat SaproSORB gradually in the course of 5-10 days. Give them at first ¼ of the recommended dose gradually increasing the portion. Feed SaproSORB to animals mixed with their common feed.
SaproSORB has hazard class 4 (low hazard substances), does not require special security conditions.
SaproSORB is packed in double polypropylene bags of 25kg
Store in dry cool place
Storage period 2 years

LCC "Dymov. South"
Production - economic efficiency of the product absorbing «SaproSORB» in pig tested on pigs feeding livestock LLC "Dymov. South "in the period from 20.12.2010 to 01.03.2011
The experiment shows that administering «SaproSORB» in the Groups fattening feed rate of 4 kg per 1 ton of finished feed, thus improving weight gain of pigs and their safety.
Decrease in feed conversion per kg weight gain led to better economic results, reduced the cost of the products. Due to the higher growth rate increased utilization of buildings and more efficiently executed the principle of "all empty - all busy."

"The use of the feed additive Saprosorb in the diet of pigs LLC" Dymov. SOUTH "in June 2013"
LLC "Dymov. SOUTH" from July 1, 2013 is conducting an experiment to use as a feed additive adsorbent "Saprosorb." Feeding pigs at the enterprise granulated foods heat treated. Recipe fodder individually designed for each age group of pigs.
For benchmarks adopted production results obtained in LLC "Dymov. SOUTH" in June 2013. Formulation feed conditions, production technology remain neizmennymi.Do start of the experiment was used as an adsorbent "Mycosorb." Since the beginning of the experiment using it completely stopped. "Saprosorb" is introduced to the feed rate of 6 kg per tonne of all livestock.
During the experiment, during the first month should be noted the following indicators:
- At farrowing at the same level of safety increased detachable weight piglets for 4% of the basic indicators of the month that the early weaning has a positive effect at the start of their growth.
- In groups rearing mortality decreased by 12% from baseline.
- In groups fattening decreased mortality by 11% from that of the base months, an increase in weight gain of 6%, respectively.
- During the reporting period increased by 4% stake - in farrowing per week.
So - as it should be noted that in general, farm count decreased significantly - in diarrhea, which in turn leads to a decrease in the number of used drugs. Moreover virtually eliminated the phenomenon of cannibalism that have periodically manifested in groups fattening.
For the prevention of endometritis in sows used solution sapropel. As a result of which in the form of vaginal irrigation of 500 ml per 1 head on the farm this problem practically solved.
In general, the state sows improved.

"The use of the feed additive in the diet of pigs Saprosorb LLC" Dymov. SOUTH "in July - October 2013"
LLC "Dymov. SOUTH" from July 1, 2013 is conducting an experiment to use as a feed additive adsorbent "Saprosorb." Feeding pigs at the enterprise granulated foods heat treated. Recipe fodder individually designed for each age group of pigs.
In the experiment for four months (July - October 2013) following the October 2013 should be noted as follows (for baseline accept results obtained in June 2013):
- At farrowing at the same level of safety increased detachable weight piglets for 4% of the basic indicators of the month, and up to October 2013 and improved survival with piglets by 8% from the base month, with detachable weight piglets increased by 17% from baseline
- In groups rearing mortality decreased by 12% from baseline, and up to October 2013 by 36% from baseline. However, an increase in weight gain were observed throughout the experiment period.
- Under feeding during the first month deaths decreased by 11% from that of the base month, with an increase in weight gain of 6%, respectively. In October, 2013. reducing the amount of feeding mortality in groups is not set, however, is the increase in weight gain by 16% from baseline.
Thus, within four months of the experiment, we can note a stable positive dynamics in the production figures, the application of the feed additive "SaproSORB."
JSC "Orsha Bread Factory"
To check the sorption properties of the sorbent product "SaproSORB" in industrial production of animal feed, experiment was carried out in the JSC "Orsha Bread Factory" Republic of Belarus.
During the experiment, produced by JSC "Orsha CCP" experimental feed 3-SK-26 with 0.4% input "SaproSORB", was given to pigs feeding livestock, located on Dubrovensky CP
Duration of the experiment was 130 days.
During the experiment, it was established that increasing the average daily value of the experimental group, by difference with the control at 64 grams.
Reduced cost of feed to produce 1 kg of weight gain in the experimental group at 0.12 by the difference with the control.
Safety of livestock in the experimental group was 0.26% higher than in the controls.

Conclusion on the results of the production experiment:
According to the table number 3, use in the diet of young fattening sorbent mycotoxins SaproSorb allowed to increase the value of average daily gain of the experimental group at 64 grams for the difference with the control.
The cost of feed, to obtain 1 kg of weight gain in the experimental group were 3.30 in the control group - 3.42
Safety of livestock throughout the experiment was higher in the experimental group by 0.26%.
Feed costs expended to produce 1 kg of weight gain in the experimental group was 8068 rubles, in control - 8498 rubles, which allowed us to obtain the experimental group savings equal to 430 rubles.
When converted to a gross gain for the whole experience, the savings in the experimental group will be 23,740,300 rubles.

In the period from 1 January to 31 March 2014 LLC "Graivoronsky Pig Farm-2" to conduct experiments to determine the effectiveness of the feed additive "Saprosorb" used in livestock feed.
The aim was to determine the experience of absorption capacity of the feed additive "Saprosorb" and the impact on safety of pigs, their average daily gain in feed conversion.
Animal rearing area LLC "Graivoronsky Pig Farm-2" throughout the experiment were fed feed brands SEC-4, SPC-5 using the feed additive "Saprosorb." According to the instructions for use of the additive, the rate of input it is 2.0 - 4.0 kg / ton of feed. Upon entering "Saprosorba" recipes in animal feed was 4.0 kg per tonne, ie was taken maximum norm of input.
Information about the results of the experimental test of the feed additive "Saprosorb."
